Sarah is from California and Daniel is from Europe. They have truly proven how to overcome the “obstacles of long distance, time zones and language” says their Maid of Honor in her poignant toast to the couple. “Sarah and Daniel have made every decision together and they are truly an us”

It’s all about timing and planning to them. They both met in Israel while volunteering on ambulances for the Israeli Red Cross and it there that their love started to blossom and grow for several years. Finally, Daniel moved to the states to start their lives together.

Set in the midst of the beautiful modern architecture of the Skirball Cultural Center, this intelligent classy couple tied the knot under the huppah during their traditional Jewish ceremony. Later at the reception, the dancing was blended with traditional and contemporary songs, the toasts from family and friends were exceptionally moving and telling of how much they all love each other as two families were blended into “us,” and then the father-of-the-bride gave a special surprise performance on his saxophone for his daughter and new son-in-law!

I wish them all the best as they continue their lives together in New York and succeed in their pursuits of the medical field.
